- Do not use bleach, Fabric Softener, Stain Removers or other intense detergents

- Hang dry only not in direct sun

- Do not tumble dry

- Machine cold gentle wash only

- Always turn garment inside out before washing

- Wash with like colours

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Designed To Endure, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Please read the below policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm AWST, excluding Public Holidays.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

If you change your mind or require a different size, your return outcome will depend on how your order was purchased:

Full-priced purchases (no discount code or promotion used):

• Eligible for a refund or store credit, provided all return requirements are met.

Orders purchased during a sale, promotion, or using any discount code:

• Not eligible for a refund.
• Eligible for store credit only, provided all return requirements are met.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be lodged within 14 days of delivery.
• Be unworn, unused and in its original condition.
• Include all original tags and packaging.
• Be free from deodorant marks, makeup, fake tan, perfume, washing powder, pet hair, lint, stains or odours.
• Not have been washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your item is being purchased before it is available for dispatch and agree to the estimated dispatch timeframe provided at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders are subject to the same Returns & Refunds Policy as all other orders.

This means:

• Full-priced pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch for a refund.
• Pre-orders purchased during a sale, promotion or using a discount code are not eligible for a refund but may be cancelled prior to dispatch for store credit.
• Once dispatched, all standard return requirements and timeframes apply.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you will receive either:

• A refund (where eligible), or
• Store credit (where applicable),

which can be used to purchase your preferred size or item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@dylancothelabel.com. with:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs showing the fault.

If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, store credit or refund.

Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of approval unless otherwise agreed.

Issues reported outside these timeframes may be assessed as general wear and tear and may not be eligible for a remedy.

Please note:

• Loose threads that do not affect the integrity or functionality of the garment are considered a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not deemed a fault.
• Crease lines caused during packaging and shipping are normal and will disappear after washing or steaming.
• We may request photographs before approving any fault claim. Items altered before assessment (including trimming loose threads or repairing the garment) may not be eligible for a fault claim if the issue can no longer be assessed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Gift Cards.
• Hats.
• Socks.
• Swimwear.
• Clearance or discontinued items discounted by more than 25%.

All clearance items discounted by more than 25% are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

• Your order number.
• The reason for your return.

If approved, we will provide our return address and further instructions.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Please allow up to 7 business days from the date your return is received for your refund or store credit to be processed.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product has a major failure or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law.
